Posture: A firm, anatomically correct pre-contoured foam base creates a foundation for postural stability. The foam is closed-cell and extremely lightweight. Postural accessories, such as medial and lateral thigh supports, lateral pelvic supports and pelvic obliquity supports may also be added to the cushion.
Skin: The Jay J2 Wheelchair Cushion is most suitable for the user who is at higher risk of skin breakdown or who has poor skin integrity. The JayFlow fluid Tripad conforms to bony prominences, distributes pressure more evenly and reduces peak pressures. The design assists in maintaining fluid under the at-risk bony areas. |
