It is durable and washable, reducing repair and cleaning costs, while its interchangeability allows you to swap components with other Invacare IVC Home Care Beds. The interchangeable components include the universal bed end, head spring and foot spring. All of the IVC bed features have been designed to make the bed easier to deliver, set-up, clean and maintain. Durability is key in this design - the Semi-Electric and Full-Electric Home Care Beds have high-impact bed end panels that are 22 times stronger than fiberboard with better impact and scratch resistance. Cleaning your Invacare hospital bed is a cinch since the motor system, bed frame, hand pendant and bed ends are completely washable with standard water pressure. The ergonomic hand pendant includes a durable strain relief, heavy-duty cord for convenient bed adjustments and quality that will last. The Semi-Electric Home Care Bed combines effortless positioning of the upper body and knees with the economy of manual bed height adjustments (frame to floor height), whereas the Full-Electric Home Care Bed offers electric control of bed height, upper body and knees.
