GN-77228B.  Guardian Plus 5-Inch Walker Wheels provide enhanced maneuverability, especially over carpet or other rough surfaces.  These walker wheels are designed to accommodate the higher weight capacity of the Guardian Plus Bariatric Walkers.  With 8 adjustment holes, the 5-inch walker wheels also accommodate a broad range of heights.  Solid disc wheels eliminate the build-up of debris, keeping the walker wheels turning freely for long term use.  A pair of glide caps for the rear walker legs are included. 650 lb capacity.
